Duh*Squared - Competition Spirit!

Hiya and welcome to my spirit pages for the competitions that I am in!! As a bit of history, I first learned about web competitions in 1998 by finding The Site Fights - I believe I also came across either theirs or someone else's web competition that was not at the Site Fights url as we know it now. I joined, learned my way around competitions, had a great time and won the dome!! *smiles* I then took a break from fighting because I had my son in September of 1998, and when I was ready to start competing again, a lot of people were leaving The Site Fights because of some unfairness that was happening. In all honesty, I can't remember what it was all about, but I did hear both sides of the story and I decided that Dman was wrong in what he was doing. So I left... and after a few months started up The Rumbles - the best and most fun competition on the net, if I do say so myself! LOL

So I've been happily going along with the Rumbles since January of 1999 when we first opened, and from that time until 2005 I was never ever involved in another website competition. There were a few times when I came close when The Rumbles was not up and running, but it never worked out, and there is a very good reason for that *smiles* But while all of this revelation was coming to me, I also wondered if I was missing out a little not being involved in any other competitions, and that I hadn't won a competition - aside from The Rumbles - since 1998! So thats when I decided to get off my butt and join a few other competitions! *smiles* Mostly I am just competing as my time is still quite limited by working on The Rumbles - my most favored competition :) :) Anyway, LOL after all of this, listed below are the comps that I have spirit pages for - I'm glad to be a part of them :)
